Telephone Support

You must have a valid PC Tools product license in order to receive Telephone Support.

If you do not have a license, return to our Support Home Page for other support options.

If you have forgotten your license code you may locate it within any registered PC Tools product. To do so, open the PC Tools product, click on the 'Help' button and select 'About' from the menu that is displayed. A new window will appear showing the registered license details.

Alternatively, you may use the lost code page to locate your license code.
