Overview

PC Tools’ Automatic Renewal Service is a fast and convenient way to renew your subscriptions for PC Tools products before they expire. This service provides continued updates and usage year after year for participating customers. Once enrolled in the service, customers will be alerted via email before their annual subscription is up for renewal. The subscription price (inclusive of applicable tax) will then be automatically billed to your account.

How it works

PC Tools’ Automatic Renewal Service is available to all customers who purchase PC Tools’ products online. You may check your enrolment status at any time by logging into your PC Tools My Account.

Once enrolled, you will receive uninterrupted usage throughout the product subscription period. Shortly before your product subscription expires and before any payment is billed, you will receive an email notification to alert you that your product subscription will be automatically renewed. The debit or credit card you have provided to us will be charged the renewal subscription fee (including applicable taxes) current as at the date of our alert, before your subscription expires. You may cancel your enrolment in the PC Tools Automatic Renewal Service at any time by logging into PC Tools My Account.

How do I know if I am enrolled in PC Tools Automatic Renewal Service?

You can verify Automatic Renewal enrolment by signing in to your PC Tools My Account at https://secure.pctools.com/myaccount.  

How do I cancel my enrolment?

1. Logging into your My Account.
2. Locate your license details in the My Licenses tab.
3. Choose to cancel the automatic renewal subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.
   
   

Payment and pricing information

When you’re enrolled in the PC Tools Automatic Renewal Service, you authorize PC Tools to automatically charge the then current renewal subscription fee (including applicable taxes) to your credit or debit card prior to expiration of your product subscription.  You will receive a pre-billing notification by email shortly before your subscription expires and before any payment is billed to alert you that your product subscription will be automatically renewed.
