At the end of a scan, Spyware Doctor lists all detected infections in the Scan Results screen.

Infections are listed according to the threat they pose, and the risk level of that threat. For instance, in the example shown below, there are three infections under the threat "Known Bad Sites" which has a risk level of "high".

The degree of threat for each infection is indicated by a colored bar incrementing from left to right: for the lowest threat and for the highest threat.

• Right-Click on the infections list to view the actions that can be performed on the infections.
• For additional information about a threat, click on the link in the right panel. See Screenshot below.

Repairing Infections

By default, when you click the Fix and Continue button on the Scan Results screen, Spyware Doctor will Quarantine and Remove all infections. Quarantining an item will place it into a contained area from where it no longer poses any threat, but can be restored at a later time, if required.

From the scan results screen, you may perform any of these actions on an infection. Simply select the item and right-click on the list to view the actions pop-up menu. All items are checked by default.

• Remove only: Removes the item permanently (without quarantining).
• Quarantine and Remove: Removes the infection but quarantines the item into a contained area from where it can be restored.
• Move to Global Action List: Moves the item to a Global Action List, and by default will ignore the item for subsequent scans. Other actions in the Global Action List include, Block and Prompt (in SD 5.1).

Once you've selected the action to be performed on the infection/s, click Fix Checked.
