Main Status & Summary Screen

When you open Spyware Doctor, you are taken to the Main Status & Summary screen. You can access this screen from anywhere within Spyware Doctor by clicking the Status button in the left navigation menu.

This screen provides links to the most frequently used tasks, information on the current system status, and scan related information, such as the current database version in use, the time of the last scan and a summary of its results.

• Scan Computer Now – Runs an in-depth scan of your system for spyware, aggressive adware, browser hijackers, Malware Trojans, tracking cookies, keyloggers, dialers, and other malware.

• Computer Immunization is ON/OFF – Activates or deactivates Immunization against ActiveX objects. If your computer is not immunized, there is an increased risk of it being infected by an ActiveX objects while you are browsing the Internet.

• OnGuard Protection is ON/OFF/ - Activates/deactivates OnGuard/Real Time protection.
