The "Create a Restore Point before repair" feature is available on Windows XP and Vista versions only.

To create a Windows Restore point before repairing infections, tick the checkbox at the bottom of the scan results screen before executing the Repair function. The scan results screen is displayed at the end of a scan if infections are found.
