Go to the Settings screen (click the Settings button in the left of Spyware Doctor's screen).
Click Startup Settings under the Pick a category: section.
Select the Run at Windows Startup check box on the Settings -> Startup Settings screen and select the action you would like Spyware Doctor to conduct on startup (i.e. Perform Quick Scan, Perform Full Scan, etc.)
