oneNetworkDirect Bonus Commission Terms and Conditions

  1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. This promotion is open to all PC Tools affiliates on the oneNetworkDirect platform who have joined prior to the closing date and who are active affiliates on the closing date ("eligible affiliates"). Entry is automatic for eligible affiliates. All eligible affiliates will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The promotion commences at 00:01 (GMT) on 1 December 2009 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 31 December 2009.
  4. Allocation of bonus commission:
    • USD $10,000 in bonus commission will be paid to the eligible affiliate with the highest gross sales at the end of the promotion period on oneNetworkDirect
    • USD $6,000 in bonus commission will be paid to the eligible affiliate with the second highest gross sales at the end of the promotion period on oneNetworkDirect
    • USD $4,000 in bonus commission will be paid to the eligible affiliate with the third highest gross sales at the end of the promotion period on oneNetworkDirect
    • USD $3,000 in bonus commission will be paid to the eligible affiliate with the fourth highest gross sales at the end of the promotion period on oneNetworkDirect
    • USD $2,000 in bonus commission will be paid to the eligible affiliate with the fifth highest gross sales at the end of the promotion period on oneNetworkDirect
  5. The bonus commission is inclusive of any and all taxes (including goods and services tax or value added taxes), but is exclusive of any and all taxes and charges (such as withholding taxes) which PC Tools and/or its billing provider is required to withhold by law.
  6. The eligible affiliates who qualify for the above bonus commission will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date ("qualifying affiliates"). The bonus commission will be paid to the qualifying affiliates within 30 days of the closing date and will be facilitated by oneNetworkDirect.
  7. This is not a game of chance. The qualifying affiliates will be decided by calculating the gross sales during the promotion period based on the sales data in the oneNetworkDirect platform. PC Tools' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the results.
  8. The terms and conditions of PC Tools' Affiliate Program apply to these Commission Terms and Conditions. In the case of any inconsistency between the PC Tools Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and these Commission Terms and Conditions, the PC Tools Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
  9. These Commission Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
