It can take snapshots of the Computer from time to time. If configured it can even send those log files to the email address specified. It uses components from 'ASMTP' for sending those mails. Though ASMTP is a genuine mail server, but its components are used by various worms and Spywares including AceSpy. We recommend that AceSpy is dangerous and you should remove this program immediately unless installed for a purpose.
