I have renewed but continue to receive expired product messages.
After you have renewed your subscription, you will need to perform a Smart Update to synchronize your new subscription expiry details with our server.
How to Perform a Smart Update
1. Please make sure your internet connection is active
2. Open the software
3. Click on Smart Update (located in the top right hand corner)
4. Follow the prompts and wait for the update to complete
Note: There should be no need to re-enter your License Code.
