To obtain information about scan results please do the following:

1. Click Settings -> Log Settings
2. Select the scan log that includes the detection
3. Click the View log button, which will display the log in your browser
4. In your browser, select "Save" or "Save as..." from the file menu
5. When the file has downloaded, attach it using the field on the right.

To obtain the current Reference file version, do the following:

1. Click Status to display the 'Status & Summary screen'.
2. Locate the Reference file Version number which will look like this: 'Reference file version: 3.0.1441 (24117 Signatures)'
