Play and learn about internet security
An internet security expert has devised a way to educate internet users on the importance of security and privacy while entertaining them.
Through a new casual game on the internet, players are challenged to entrain themselves while protecting their private data from curious individuals including relatives such as grandmothers and small brothers.
In the game, which has been launched by Steganos, gamers can throw coffee cups and snowballs at spies to prevent them from stealing their data.
"Through this light-hearted game, we want to draw attention to the importance of the underestimated issue of data protection," said Michael Marzy, managing director for Steganos.
"Every day there is a new story about data being lost. It can happen so quickly."
He went on to say that internet security measures such as encryption only take seconds and this "can make the difference between misfortune and disaster".
As an added perk, gamers who successfully finish the game are automatically shortlisted for a shot at a jackpot of 100,000 (£84,000).
