New threat management solution launched

A threat management solution designed for companies that manage online threats in their internal networks has been launched, reports the Network Times.

The new software has been released by anti-virus company Trend Micro and is made up of a Threat Discovery Suite and a Threat Mitigation Suite, whose main work will be to monitor networks for hidden malware.

With online threats becoming increasingly difficult to spot, the new solution promises to spot dangers impossible to trace using conventional security products.

The new software also produces detailed reports of scans it carries out which the makers say will enable easy and practical security infrastructure planning and management.

Eva Chen, CEO and co-founder of Trend Micro, said: "The Trend Micro Threat Management Solution will help our customers gain a clear and concise view of their state of security so they can quickly discover, stop and remediate threats. This will save them time, money and effort."
