Malware should be eliminated immediately if spotted
Online threats have become part and parcel of daily life on the internet and lurk in just about every corner of the web waiting to cause internet security nightmares for users.
Malware and other malicious viruses are a constant headache for many and those who find their computers compromised should take immediate remedial measures, advises online security researcher Jim Marshall.
In a blog post on his website, the researcher says such online threats should be eliminated immediately and one of the best ways to do this is by installing an anti spyware or malware removal program.
"Malware can mask itself pretty well and because it can take on so many different forms, unless you are an absolute expert it is nearly impossible to eliminate all of it," says the internet security researcher.
"I recommend acquiring a program that detects and eliminates all forms of malware including spyware, adware, and other dangerous viruses."
However, to reduce the chances of the malware getting in in the first place, experts recommend having regularly updated internet security software.
