Remove Items from Office Places Bar (All Windows)

This tweak is used to remove items from the Places Bar in the Office 2000/XP Open and Save As dialog boxes.

This tweak can be easily applied using WinGuides Tweak Manager.

Open your registry and find the key below, where [version] is the Office version number ("9.0" for Office 2000 and "10.0" for Office XP).

Below this key is a series of sub-key representing the items on the Places Bar. Open each item you want to hide and add a new DWORD value named "Show" and set it to "0" to hide that item.
