Disable the "Log on using dial-up connection" Check Box (Windows NT/2000)
During logon Windows allows users to optionally connect to a Windows domain using dial-up networking, this tweak can be used to disable that option.

Open your registry and find or create the key below.
Create a new String value, or modify the existing value, called "RasDisable" and set it according to the value data below.
Exit your registry; you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.

Value Name: RasDisable
Data Type: REG_SZ (String Value)
Value Data: (0 = restriction disabled, 1 = restriction enabled)
