Specify the Conformance Level for IP Multicast (Windows 95/98/Me)
This parameter determines to what extent the system supports IP multicasting and participates in the Internet Group Management Protocol, RFC 1112.

There are three levels or conformance:
- Level 0: no support for IP multicasting
- Level 1: support for sending but not receiving multicast IP datagrams
- Level 2: full support for IP multicasting
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new string value (or DWORD value for Windows 95) called "IGMPLevel" and set it to either 0, 1 or 2 accord to the level required above.
Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
