Enable WINS Proxy Agent (Windows 95/98/Me)
This setting controls whether the current computer should act as a WINS proxy agent and forward WINS name queries.

Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new string value (or DWORD value for Windows 95) called "EnableProxy" and set it to "1" to enable the proxy service.
Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Value Name: EnableProxy
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
