Display a Background Bitmap on Explorer Toolbars (All Windows) Popular

This tweak allows you to choose a a bitmap image to display as the background for the explorer toolbars.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new string value, or modify the existing value, named 'BackBitmapShell' and set the value to the location & filename of the bitmap file you want to use.
