Use Personalized Favorites Menu (All Windows)

Internet Explorer has a feature that automatically hides site that are rarely visited from the Favorites menu. This setting allows you to enable or disable the personalized menu feature.

Open your registry and find the key mentioned below.

Create a new string value, or modify the existing value, named 'FavIntelliMenus'. Modify the value to equal 'YES' to enable smart menus or 'NO' to disable them.

Exit your registry and log off for the changes to take effect.
