Colorful Message Backgrounds in Outlook Express (All Windows)
When enabled this setting allows the use of colorful message backgrounds in Outlook Express 4.0 or below.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Change the value of 'ColorCycle' to equal '1' for enabled.
Close the registry and open Outlook Express. Open a new message and hold down CTRL + SHIFT, then press the 'Z' key to cycle through the colored backgrounds.
Note: This setting only works with Outlook Express version 4.0 and below.
