Customize Microsoft Access Identification (All Windows)
These settings allow you to change the title, icon, startup screen and help file of Microsoft Access. This is particularly useful if distributing an application and you want to modify Access to look like your product.

Open your registry and find or create the key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\X.X\Access\Run-Time Options]
Where X.X is your Access version number; "8.0" for Access 97, "9.0" for Access 2000 and "10.0" for Access XP.
Create any or all of the values below to customize the identification and branding of the application.
- Titlebar - text shown in the window title
- StartupScreen - image (.BMP) shown when Access is loading
- Icon - icon (.ICO) shown in the title bar and task bar
- AppHelpFile - the help file to use in the application.
