Summary

As you can see, creating scripts is basically a process of combining the various available functions and methods together to produce the required results. There are so many functions available to use with Windows Script that you'd be hard pressed to find something that it can not do.

This being a quick overview we did not go into any of the advanced features like COM objects that allow you to manipulate Windows in anyway you can imagine, these will be explained in a future tutorial.

But for now, start experimenting, have a look through some of the functions, methods and properties available to your scripts in the VBScript Reference and WScript Reference and see what you can create!
