License Code not accepted by program.

If your License Code is not accepted, check the following.

Note that this error message can be avoided by copying and pasting your license code details into the registration screen.

  1. The License Name and License Code are case-sensitive, copy and paste instead of entering them manually.
  2. Make sure that you are not entering the letter 'O' for the number '0'. License codes contain '0' (zeros).
  3. Below is the Registration screen

  4. If you have license details in an email, copy and paste the License Name and License Code into the two registration text fields.
  5. If you do not have your license details in an email, manually type the License Name and License Code details. Taking extra care to make sure you are entering them correctly.
  6. Click the 'Register' button to finish the registration process. NOTE: Click on the 'continue' button will return you to the mainscreen without registering.
  7. If successful, you will receive a message window advising you that the program is now registered.
  8. If you recieve a message that the license code is invalid, double check the Name and License Code details you enter are the same as they were provided to you.
