US,July 25, 2006 - PC Tools, the leading provider of anti-spyware security software today announced that it is going to offer a free Enterprise Edition of its multi award-winning anti-spyware solution Spyware Doctor.
PC Tools has built a substantial and profitable business providing security solutions to millions of paying customers globally. With the release of a free enterprise grade anti-spyware product, PC Tools plans to increase its footprint in corporate environments past several million seats.
Market analysis performed by PC Tools has shown that many corporations have inadequate anti-spyware protection and many are either unprotected or rely on freeware consumer anti-spyware products that are not designed for enterprise use, such as Microsoft® Windows Defender.
