Manually uninstalling Spyware Doctor?

I recently put Spyware Doctor on a windows 98 machine that is acting up...maybe its not even compatible, I didn't check. Its on there now however and every time I try to uninstall it, the whole machine locks up...even in safe mode. Please tell me what registry files and such to delete so I can manually remove this.

PC Tools should have an unisntall program that is designed to fully remove all traces of the product. I would email tech support.
