Default Newsletter needs correction

Not trying to nitpick, but all companies need consistancy. Even in newsletters. Your 2nd edition of the newsletter says:
"It is always best to have more than one anti-virus program running on your system to make sure it has the most protection."

I know this is not correct and denounced by every av program I've used, so when i tried to install your av program over my SAV, I get the message from YOUR product stating...

"Multiple AV products can lead to installation conflicts and problems in operation. You are advised to uninstall the other AV product before continuing..."

You really should have your techs talk to your PR department.

Hi Bigketch,

Thank you for your feedback, the decision for an end-user to run one or multiple anti-virus program (or anti-spyware for that matter) really comes down to each user's need, understanding, preference and their computer specification.

As every individual user's situation is different, there is no single 'correct' advice to give in terms of whether it is best to run one or multiple programs. Other times you may need/want to run multiple programs, but your computer may be too slow to realistically do so as well.

I do understand the point you are making though and appreciate the feedback, I will definitely pass your comments to our marketing department.
