Question Activation

I am trying to activate my new Spyware Doctor software but I get the following message all the time.
"You cannot activate Spyware Doctor at this time as there is a problem with your Intenet Connection. You need to restore your internet connection before activating this product."
I cannot understand this message as my broadband connection is working fine.
I thought it might be because I use Firefox so I changed back to IE, but it made no difference. I have tried many times without success.
Any ideas?

Hi Colinmartin,

I have had this problem with activating SD Retail, try to temporarily disable any AntiVirus software you have running as well as your Firewall. Remember to turn them back on once you have activated.
