Stopping Updating?!

Hey, Buddies, I Still Insist On My Sd With Version 5.0.1.200 Coz Of Some Unhappy Experiences For Updating To The Newest Edition. Usually, I'm Accustomed To Upgrade My Sd Once Every 4 Days. It's So Strange That During The Latest 2 Weeks, The Interface Of Updating Informed Me " Updating Is Completed "...indeedly, Nothing Was Changed. It Seems That Pct Has Stopped Supporting The Upgrade For Pre-edition? Is That Ture? Need Some Tips...

(You see, I runned updating yesterday, and nothing was changed..., in addition to those, I also scanned my PC at the same time, but after that, as what you may see from the pictures, the latest sacnning date still standed 14 days ago...)

BTW, I remember I've mentioned a tiny translation mistake on the updating interface, as what you see in picture 3 below, the word "WELCOME" means "欢迎" in Chinese rathan than "欢饮", so hope it could be improved...

It's been 6 days and I thought PCT comes out with updates at least 2-3 x per week?

If this is the type service I'm going to receive, I will delete the program and move to something else. I see too many posts about folks not getting support/updates timely and it has concerned me.

Please, an answer!

Im not quite sure what you mean? Do you mean that you havent had database updates lately? I know that a new build of version 5 is due for release sometime this week.
What database version are you on at the moment?

The Smart Updates do come out daily. What is happening when you try to run an update? My db version is 5.07820.

my first db update this AM after 6 days of zilch. Do we have to complain on the board to get action from PCT? Over time I note instances that folks become satisfied after complaints have been posted about, what should be, constant updates to the db.

Im not sure whats been going on there. There are no updates on weekends, however, I had database updates everyday last week.

What is the version of SD you are using? the updates have been working fine over the last couple of days as well
