Has anyone tried dealing with PC Tools as a vendor to try and challenge the classification of software as spywear?

We lodged an official Vendor Dispute 3 weeks ago because PC Tools has mistaken our software for a similar named application. We have had no contact from them, nothing on the ticket has been updated (except my repeated requests to get someone to contact me) and as far as we know our software is still mis-classified as malicious because they think our software is another application.

Does anyone ever get any support requests answered around here?

An suggestions as to what o do to get them to actually respond?
