Default SD5 unregistered itself and will not accept my license info now!!!

Claims it its now unregistered and will not take my license info. I should not be surprised since it had been at least a month since my last major issue with SD5 - and I was way over due given my past history.

Any suggestions other than reinstall it? It seems like I spend half my life re-installing SD5....

thanks

At least they got back to you promptly. I finally gave up and had to call to get it resolved as no one would respond to my emails, post or PM. It still took an hour to get the needed info emailed to me.

Same problem here. v4 won't accept my info, but at least v4 let's my system run. v5 choked it to a stand still. Hopefully, support will fix this problem soon.

Same problem!

Been trying so-called Priority Support since Monday with no response.
