SD5 and Vista and everything else

I recently purchased SD5 (upgrading from SD4-due to upgrading to Vista-based on your email statements). Your product was able to do what no other application has been able to do in maxing out both cores to 100%. In reading threads in the forum, it seems that SD5 doesn't work well with hardly any other products. I downloaded .17x and still had the same problems. I just called AE and had your charge deleted from my bill and I will look to another product to provide antispyware protection for my system.

I don't understand how a company with your reputation could sale an application that is this bad.

There was no need to get so upset since SD4 runs just fine in Vista. Considering the fact that SD is rated as one of the best, if not the best, programs out there for spyware protection you're doing yourself no favors by not sticking with it.
