Is there a way to Uninstall v5 and Anti-Virus and revert to v4?

Is there a preferred method of reverting back to version 4? I am running NI Security 7 and am frustrated with the incompatibilty. Can't update SD and can't run a scan in either since they both never finish. Additionally, I am using a Linksys USB wireless card and it is being prevented from initializing and an error is being thrown. When I close the error, the wireless connection is made. None of these issues occurred before I installed the Anti-Virus module.

So is there a recommended way of uninstalling 5 and uninstalling the ant-virus module and revert back to version 4? Is it as simple as uninstalling SD and re-installing from the original cd? I just re-newed, so I have a new Activation ID. The new ID probably won't work with the existing cd. Any thoughts?

I got the same problem as you. And I contacted their 1800 number.

They advised me to first uninstall v5.
Download v4 from http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/version4/
Install.

Allthough the product need some improvement but their support is better then the rest. Also I can see that they are still trying to improve the product.
