need help please

I am having problems with antivirus and spyware dr. I have contacted technical help and have been given a ticket #. Now I have a new problem---how can I get to see the answer to my problems as I cannot find a way back to the ticket status page. Any help I can get would be much appreciated.

try to PM support with your ticket number. And they will give you your unique url link

Thanks for the help but I don't know what you mean by "PM".
Thats my problem--how to get to the ticket status page.
