PCAV: "doesn't support fast user switching", SW Doc:"already running" what's going on

I'm getting a new (I think) message for PCAV and PC Doctor. When My wife logs into her account after a boot and then i try to switch to my account PCAV now gives me the message "does not support fast user switching, and Spyware doctor is saying that its already open in another account or something to that effect. I do not ever remember seeing this in either program. All my other programs in my star up folder all open in both my account and my wifes regardless of who or in what order the accounts open.

any ideas what's going on?

Hi wembely, Spyware Doctor and PCAV doesn't support fast user switching and multiple instances of same program. You will need to either log off all other users or restart your computer to begin program if you can't launch the PC Tools programs under your user account.

This is the only program I have this this limitation. AVG has figured out how to to this - these guys need to go back to school and learn some more programing.

At the moment PCTAV does not support switching users between user accounts. I have added this as a feature request for future versions. However, SDv5 Beta with AntiVirus does support the switching users and also when the final version is released.
