Update Question

Hello,
I want to give PCTAV a try, but I have a question. When a new version of the AV comes out does it update the new files through the AV updater or do you have to redownload the whole AV program again?
I am asking because I am on dial-up and it takes almost an hour to download PCTAV. I have heard good things about PCTAV and from what I have read here on the forum you guys are doing a great job.

Hi Littlem129,

Whenever theres a new version of PCTAV, you'll need to re-download PCTAV. The smart updates is there to download new signatures to remove any new threats and sometimes new tools if new ones have been imiplemented.
