Unhappy Anti virus will not release Floppy drive

Ever wished you had not done something like download PC tools anti virus!!!!!.

I thought what a good idea , i already have spyware doctor so i thought i would download the anti virus as well and have it all under one roof.

The anti virus starts ok but then scans my A: drive ie Floppy and then will not release it , as far as i can see there is not an option to release it or not scan it when the program restarts .

Until this problem is fixed i cannot use the program as it holds onto the A: drive like a limpet , even if i put a floppy in to scan and then release(which it doesnt do)

Please help as i would like a stress free life ,

regards,

Peter

Red face Apology

This is an apology as my previous post appears twice.

The reason for this is that whne i submitted the htread it said i was not logged in and could not submit, which i duly did and same answer.

When i then looked on the forum it had two postings , maybe the software for posting is not working correctly,

regards,

Peter

Hi all,

I have raised this issue with the developers (not releasing the drives)

Will get back to you on this issue.
