Default PC Tools Antivirus download
Each time I try to download the 3.1 version it comes up advising error HTTP403- forbidden. Can you please advise how to get round or fix this problem

Default Download problem? not really.
i dont have any problem downloading 3.1.
you might want to try with other web-browsers.
