Aol Problems With Renewing Subscription

AOL would not let me use the Renew Subscription procedure. I therefore visited PC Tools Software site and purchased a new LIcense Code. I have deleted the original version of Spyware Doctor and loaded a new version but it will not let me put in the new License Code. Help, anyone had this before and how did you get over it? Yours Frustrated!!!!

Since you have purchased a new license code for Spyware Doctor instead of renewing your original subscription, you will need to contact PC Tools support in order to resolve this issue. AChen: People live on other parts of this planet and may not be able to call toll free numbers. A pet peeve of mine - an American living in Egypt - when "Customer Support" automatically assumes one can call toll free. Why not include another number & let us decide if we want to place a free call or not?

If you are unable to call the toll free number, you can always send an email to PC tools, thats normally how I deal with them.
