IE error keep on redirecting (WXP-Pro)

I think my problems are already been answered, but kindly point or guide to a right direction to find a solution.

My problems are:
1) When IE gives any kind of error it keeps on redirecting me to this site: ex: http://www.internet-optimizer.com/He...ocalhost/blank

2) When I type "www.google.com" at the address bar it keeps on redirecting to "www.google.com.au" and not only with IE same with Netscape.
