Printing Disabled

Recently I discovered that the Printing button and the file print option have been disabled in IE6. This has also affected Outlook Express, and Outlook. The print dialog box does not appear at all. All other programs work/print fine. I have XP Professional and IE6. I did several things right before I noticed this. First I loaded the fix for the MSBlsater from Microsoft, and second I Ran Spybot - Search & Destroy. Any ideas what may have disabled the print funtions, and what can I do to get them bacK?
