Default Doesn't Work (WXP-Pro)
I got a big problem. Whenever I try to open Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, Control Panel, etc. a message pops up and says it has encountered problems and needs to close.

I can't run anything with internet or windows explorer.

Does anyone know the problem?
