Need help! regarding download options (W98)

I accidentally was beginning to download a zip file (that part was on purpose) and was typing in a chat, and typed in wow and it unchecked ask every time and chose to open the zip file. I can no longer get the option box asking whether to open or save zip files on the web to appear. Does anyone know how to get the box back short of a reinstall?

Ridge, Go to Start, Settings, Folder Options, File Types tab.

Scroll down the list until you find the program's name that is normally associated with the .zip extension on your PC.

Highlight the program name and click the Edit button.

In the next window place a check in the box next to "Confirm open after download".

Click Apply and Ok.
