IE 6 error. Webpages say I need IE 4 or later (W2K)

I cannot get into things such as MSN Groups chatrooms and webpages such as http://www.ureach.com/ tell me I have an outdated version of Internet Explorer. I believe it's because I changed this value. I'm not sure how to set it back to the original, or if it's a whole different problem.

1st off go to add/remove for ie and remove (this will take it back a v). Or try and repair. Then scan at M$ for updates.
