Default Opera as IE eMail client (All)

How can I add Opera as an option to InternetOptions>Programs>E-Mail ?

Probably not an IE-only setting (Acroread and Office products etc. probably use the same Registry Key) but where is it?

sure, I even found info about this key somewhere on microsoft.com (although I canīt find the page anymore)

but what switches do I add to the Opera Call to
- suppress the Start Dialog
- insert parameters (mailto, subject etc.) from a html tag into a new mail
?

opera.com doesnīt mention command line parameters at all; and email support is for registered users only.
