Internet Explorer Crash (WXP-Pro)

Am trying to repair my brother's computer. He had the Yahoo Task Bar added to IE, then later deleted it rather than uninstalling it properly. So, when IE tries to load up the task bar on IE startup it crashes. Anybody know how I can go into the INF or something and remove where it says to load the task bar? Any other solutions? Thanks in advance!

Re-install it and then you can uninstall it the proper way.
