Hi all, well I did complete and submit a 'false positive' report. I then emailed their support dept to enquire if they could suggest anything.
I have heard nothing at all from them. Meanwhile the daily quarantine followed by restore ritual continues

Interestingly I did run smart update today and got a new database update so here's hoping for tomorrow
