Why can't spyware doctor remove trojan.proxy.lager.f ?

I bought spyware doctor to remove detect trojan.proxy.lager.f

When i run spyare doctor in windows safe mode 2 or 3 times it apperantly removes the malware.

BUT after using the computer for some hours my computer again has this malware . And i have always onguard on.

Why can't spyware doctor remove this malware?

And yes - I have the newest database definition etc.

Have you tried turning off system restore, then doing the Spyware Doctor removal and then turning system restore back on?
