Thank you very much for your help.
Now I understand how to submit suspicious files and false positives to PC Tools. Thanks.

Thank you.
Are you sure that there's no email addresses to which samples can be sent? With the article I'm working on if there is an email address it becomes much easier for my readers to submit new malware to PCTools.

Hi Chiron,
At this time there is no email address to which samples can be sent. I don't know, nothing more about it.
Best Regards

Okay, I have another question.
Does PCTools use Symantec's signatures?
I mean, if I submit a malware sample to Norton does it get added to PCTool's database? How does it work?
Thanks.

Hi Chiron,
Yes. PC Tools shares the signature database and virus definitions. PC Tools use these definitions in addition to a range of technologies that the PC Tools R&D team have developed in house. If You want You can do that, but I recommend use for example ThreatExpert or Malware Research Centre. I think that it's fastest method.
Best Regards
