Probs following Win 7 installation

Hi

Downloaded Spyware Doc and Reg Checker some time ago and always renewed annual subscription. Just installed Win 7 to replace Vista and used my product key to download again. However, get message that I've used the wrong key when it's definitely right!

I dual boot Win 7 and XP (used to be Vista and XP) and I've always been able to use on both systems.

Can someone advise please.

Does before installing the Windows 7, do you tried uninstall pogram from the computer with Vista?

Don't have any versions of SD on Win 7 so there's nothing to delete. I do have aversion ruuning on XP but I'm wooried that if I uninstall that I'll be left with nothing even though I've paid for the product.

I really need a link to PC Tools support urgently.
