jescheder.exe, plorer.exe Ausult.exe - Safe or unsafe files?

Hi everyone.

Today i discovered on my older computer some files. I have to delete it, from my computer?
There are some suspicious files in C:\Users\Mikołaj\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows \Templates :
